Terms of Service

1. Service provider and service scope

Lindyson Operation is provided by Dongguan Lingdi Sheng Trading Co., Ltd. The service is an internal operations platform for managing authorized TikTok accounts, video assets, inbox/draft uploads, and direct publishing workflows through TikTok's official APIs.

Lindyson Operation 由东莞零笛生贸易有限公司提供，是用于管理 TikTok 授权账号、视频素材、收件箱/草稿上传和直接发布流程的内部运营平台。

2. Authorized internal use

The platform is intended for authorized company personnel and approved business operators. You may use the service only for accounts, content, and workflows that you are legally and contractually permitted to manage. Public self-service registration is not offered.

本平台仅供经授权的公司人员和获准业务运营人员使用。你只能将服务用于你依法或依约有权管理的账号、内容和工作流程。平台不提供公众自助注册。

3. TikTok authorization and API features

TikTok accounts must be connected through TikTok OAuth. The platform may request scopes such as user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. The video.upload scope is used for uploading selected content to TikTok inbox or draft-style flows. The video.publish scope is used for direct publishing after the authorized user prepares and confirms the publishing task.

Publishing features depend on TikTok approval status, granted scopes, account permissions, content eligibility, rate limits, API availability, and TikTok policies. TikTok users may revoke authorization at any time through TikTok.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity performed through your administrator account, including:

• Connecting only TikTok accounts that you are authorized to manage.
• Uploading only lawful, original, licensed, or otherwise authorized content.
• Preparing accurate captions, hashtags, AIGC labels, branded content disclosures, and other metadata.
• Selecting the correct privacy level, comment, duet, stitch, schedule, and publishing settings.
• Following TikTok's terms, community guidelines, developer policies, advertising rules, and applicable law.

你应对管理员账号下的全部操作负责，包括仅连接有权管理的 TikTok 账号、仅上传合法原创或已获授权的内容、准确设置标题、标签、AIGC 标记、品牌内容披露和其他元数据，正确选择隐私级别、评论、合拍、拼接、排期和发布设置，并遵守 TikTok 条款、社区规则、开发者政策、 广告规则和适用法律。

5. Prohibited use

You must not use Lindyson Operation to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, adult, or platform-prohibited content.
• Send spam, manipulate engagement, misrepresent identity, or evade TikTok platform rules.
• Use accounts, credentials, tokens, content, or business assets without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or API restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or misuse the platform or TikTok APIs.

你不得使用 Lindyson Operation 发布违法、侵权、欺骗、有害、成人或平台禁止内容，不得发送垃圾信息、操纵互动、冒充身份、规避 TikTok 平台规则，不得未经授权使用账号、凭证、token、内容或业务资产，也不得绕过安全措施、频率限制、访问控制或 API 限制。

6. Content, publishing results, and availability

You remain responsible for the content you upload or publish. We do not guarantee TikTok review outcomes, publishing time, public visibility, playback performance, traffic, audience reach, sales, or commercial results. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, infrastructure events, TikTok API behavior, account restrictions, or force majeure.

你仍需对上传或发布的内容负责。我们不保证 TikTok 审核结果、发布时间、公开视频可见性、播放表现、流量、触达、销售或商业效果。服务可用性可能受维护、 网络状况、基础设施事件、TikTok API 行为、账号限制或不可抗力影响。

7. Security and account access

You must keep administrator credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account, token, workflow, or content creates security, legal, compliance, or platform policy risk.

你必须妥善保管管理员凭证，并在发现疑似未授权访问时及时报告。如我们合理认为账号、token、流程或内容存在安全、法律、合规或平台政策风险， 可暂停或限制访问。

8. Changes and termination

We may update the service, these terms, or related operational rules when business, technical, legal, or platform requirements change. We may stop providing access to a user or workflow that violates these terms or creates material risk.

当业务、技术、法律或平台要求发生变化时，我们可能更新服务、本条款或相关运营规则。对于违反本条款或产生重大风险的用户或流程，我们可停止提供访问。

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from or related to the service shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction where Dongguan Lingdi Sheng Trading Co., Ltd. is located, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因服务产生或与服务相关的争议，除强制性法律另有规定外，应提交东莞零笛生贸易有限公司所在地有管辖权的法院处理。
