1. Who we are

Lindyson Operation is an internal operations platform provided by Dongguan Lingdi Sheng Trading Co., Ltd. The service helps authorized company operators manage TikTok OAuth accounts, video assets, and TikTok Content Posting API publishing workflows.

Lindyson Operation 是东莞零笛生贸易有限公司提供的内部运营平台，用于帮助经授权的公司运营人员管理 TikTok OAuth 授权账号、视频素材，以及 TikTok Content Posting API 发布流程。

2. Information we collect

We collect and process the following information only as needed to operate the platform:

• Administrator account information, such as name, email address, role, login session, and password hash.
• TikTok OAuth authorization data, including open_id, display name, username, avatar URL, scopes, access token, refresh token, token expiration time, and authorization status.
• Uploaded video assets and related metadata, such as file name, original name, file type, file size, storage path, checksum, upload status, and uploader.
• Publishing settings and records, including caption, hashtags, privacy level, interaction controls, schedule time, AIGC and branded content flags, publish mode, publish ID, API status, and error messages.
• Operational records, including audit logs, publish logs, security events, and troubleshooting data.

我们仅在平台运行所需范围内收集和处理信息，包括管理员账号信息、TikTok OAuth 授权信息、open_id、昵称、用户名、头像、 scopes、加密保存的 access token 和 refresh token、上传的视频素材、发布标题、隐私级别、互动开关、排期、发布日志和审计日志。

3. How we use information

We use the information to:

• Authenticate administrators and maintain secure platform sessions.
• Connect TikTok accounts through OAuth and show the connected account inside the dashboard.
• Manage video assets, publishing queues, inbox/draft uploads, and direct publishing tasks.
• Send user-selected content and required publishing metadata to TikTok's official APIs.
• Monitor task status, diagnose failures, prevent misuse, and maintain compliance records.

我们使用这些信息完成管理员登录、TikTok 账号授权、素材管理、上传到 TikTok、直接发布、任务排队、状态追踪、故障排查、 安全审计和合规记录。

4. TikTok integration and third-party sharing

Lindyson Operation uses TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. When an authorized user starts a TikTok workflow, we may transmit the selected video, caption, privacy level, interaction settings, content disclosure flags, access token, and other required API parameters to TikTok for upload or publishing. We do not sell personal information. We do not store TikTok passwords, browser cookies, or browser fingerprints.

Lindyson Operation 使用 TikTok Login Kit 和 Content Posting API。当经授权用户启动 TikTok 流程时，我们会向 TikTok 官方 API 传输用户选择的视频、标题、隐私级别、互动设置、内容披露标记、access token 和其他必要 API 参数，用于上传或发布。 我们不会出售个人信息，也不会保存 TikTok 密码、浏览器 Cookie 或浏览器指纹。

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on stable, professional server infrastructure and supported by database, cache, and file storage components used to operate the service. TikTok OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Administrator authentication uses server-side sessions. Access to the platform is limited to authorized personnel.

数据存储在稳定、专业的服务器基础设施中，并通过数据库、缓存和文件存储组件支撑服务运行。TikTok OAuth token 在保存前使用 AES-256-GCM 加密。后台登录使用服务端会话，平台访问仅限经授权人员。

6. Retention, deletion, and authorization withdrawal

Users may revoke authorization in TikTok or request disconnection from Lindyson Operation. When an account is disconnected or a valid deletion request is received, we delete or deactivate the related OAuth token and authorization data. Security logs, audit records, and records required for legal, compliance, dispute, or operational security purposes may be retained for the period reasonably necessary.

用户可在 TikTok 取消授权，也可请求从 Lindyson Operation 解绑账号。账号解绑或收到有效删除请求后，我们会删除或停用相关 OAuth token 和授权数据。出于法律、合规、争议处理或运营安全需要，安全日志、审计记录和必要记录可能会在合理期限内保留。

7. International access

Because TikTok services and company operations may involve cross-border systems, information may be processed through infrastructure and service providers located in different jurisdictions. We take reasonable measures to protect the information according to this policy.

由于 TikTok 服务和公司运营可能涉及跨境系统，信息可能通过不同司法辖区的基础设施和服务提供商进行处理。我们会按照本政策采取合理措施保护信息。
